hell yeah...but as the webite states:

-All aluminum construction
-Bolts in using existing vehicle mounts
-Direct bolt in, no cutting or fabrication needed
-Overall measurements of 32.5x6.5x2.25
-Core measurements of 28x6.5x2.25
-Maximum cooling, minimum weight, fully tig welded and pressure tested
-Includes fittings, hoses and clamps*

Ah, I got ya...I figured for the extra $20 it must come with hardware to mount it up front where it belongs
