We don't have an installation bay here, we are strictly a manufacturer. For installs you would have to do it yourself or take to a shop. I am always willing to help, but I am sure ED won't be happy with me trying to help a customer install a part rather then do my job haha.

I have no problem with that, but it would have to be done towards the side of the building. As long as your not in the lobby parking lot.

I have to ask, *knocks on a big tree* What is the procedure if the hood/trunk comes damaged? How are claims handled and what sort of compensation would we get for damaged/destroyed trunks or hoods? Would we have to ship them back to you guys? Are all package signature required?

I ship out parts all day and deal with the brutal side of shipping so I figured I would be THAT guy worried about everything because 3K of miles on a hood can definitely result in some mishandling along the way. If you want to send me a PM any info on this that's fine too. Rather cover my bases than be scratching my head with a new coffee table top or two night stands lol.

 

Lets cross that bridge when we get to it. All packages are insured, so you have nothing to worry about.
