Is there any possibility of getting the Hawk HPS pads instead of the ceramics and if so what would it cost?

They can crack but usually under only extreme use.

I have sold a lot of drilled rotors over the years and rarely have any complaints of cracks.

They also have a warranty against cracks!

I just got my sp drilled and slotted rotors and hawk pads. NGA is great to deal with. We got mixed up on what I ordered and NGA fixed the problem at their cost. I came off as kind of a jerk bc i was annoyed but they kept their cool and helped me out. Def. a vendor to buy from! great bunch of guys
