I just installed mine today, and it's awesome. Well worth how much I paid for it. I'm still puzzled about the shipping delay, the place it was shipped from wasn't that far away from my house. Probably a couple hours drive away. Oh well it's here and I love it!

This is a must for any auto, especially if you like to take your car to the track. I have had this installed for close to a year now and no side effects. I just took this to the track last week and put it to the test. The following times are running with a 2.2 on a hot day around 80+ outside and near 100% humidity on 17" Nankang NS1 tires

STAGE 1
16.75

STAGE 2
16.93

KIT OFF
17.04

As you can see with my setup on this particular day the kit showed almost 0.3 second shaved off of the 1/4 mile times. The reason stage 2 made it slower is that there is so much "kick" in the shifts that my tires actually loose traction when it shift and thus causing the slower times. With that all said I highly recommend this product. Great bang for the buck

All this product is doing is tricking your ECU into thinking the line pressure in the trans is either higher or lower (cant remember which) than what it really is. The ECU still shifts at the same line pressure setting as stock but the pressure is actually different due to the kit changing the signal thus creating the faster shifts. This does add a little bit of stress to the trans but our trans can handle a lot more than this kit will put it threw at it. It will add make the trans run a little warmer so a trans cooler would probably be a good idea but its not necessary. I have yet to install one on my car and I have had it on for close to a year and run it on stage 1 everyday and if i turn it off it works perfectly fine.

a tranny tune would be best this is just a cheap alternative for stock to moderately modded cars. Also if you have an ss dont you have a stick anyways?
