Eibach Sportline Kit Lowering Springs are the extreme performance spring set created for the extreme enthusiast the one who craves a racecar attitude for maximum street performance with the lowest possible drop, but with the exceptional ride quality you expect from Eibach.

Engineered with the same care as our Pro Kit lowering springs, Eibach Sportline lowering springs achieve legendary handling by aggressively lowering your car's center of gravity, using our precision engineered progressive spring rates.

By radically lowering your car's center of gravity, our Sportline lowering springs dramatically reduce squat during acceleration, body roll in corners and nose dive under braking. By using our proprietary, progressive spring design, our Sportline lowering springs provide the ultimate balance between high performance, extreme lowering and comfortable ride quality. When combined with today's wild 18", 19" or 20" wheels and tires, the result is a car that handles just as white hot as it looks.

2 questions....do you have to get new shocks for lowering to really work right and is there a big difference between these and the pro kit?

New shocks are always recommended when lowering... I believe the SS should be ok since it's lowering the smaller amount compared to the regular models.

Between the Sportlines & Pro-Kits... here's a comparison. We've sold ZERO Pro-Kits for the Cobalt, and 50-60+ Sportlines for the Cobalt.

Do you know if the Sportlines will work on a 2009 SS? I only see till 08 but my assumption is that the suspension is the same on the 08 vs 09 SS, I'd just like a little conformation.

They work fine on the 08 and there were no changes to the 09. They should work just fine (and I love mine!)

go to the eibach website to view the exact dropping heights.......prokits arent as severe as a drop as the sportlines

I called Eibach today and they didn't know if it will fit a 2009. So with this deal is there free shipping like on your website?

Jason told me the shipping is included in the price. When I spoke to him the price (with shipping) was $226 BEFORE the rebate from Eibach. The rebate would come at a later date if you choose to order them.
