What do you offer for boosted 2.4s???

 

The Stage 1 Exedy will hold about 40% more clamping torque. How much more power are you looking at to have to the wheels?

 

100whp and 120 ftlbs more or so.!!!

What will be good for ~280-290whp.... Daily driven cobalt.. that likes to (ill be honest) beat on the car sometimes??? And does the exedy hyper single come with a flywheel?

I would say that if you are going to go 120 more tq to the wheels than the stage 1 will not do. The most that the Stage 1 would handle would be about 250 tq....but that would be pushing it.

how much lighter is the flywheel than stock

 

i think stock is 23-25 lbs, and exedy is 12.3.
please anyone who thinks i am wrong, say so.
i dont have a scale at the shop, or id weigh the exedy and tell you.
but the flywheel is chromolly, and wont warp like an aluminum firdenza will....

 

The whole assembly weights in at 26.155 lbs
The Flywheel weights in at 11.92 lbs
Disc at 3.08 lbs
Pressure plate at 10.87 lbs


the stocker is about 23lbs
