you can drive on such a clutch even though you may not need the holding power....no harm in that.

i guess really the harshness depends on your driving style if your just driving easy and let it out slow then it should be fine... right?
are you guys going to run any kinda deals on the stage three any time soon do you need an aftermarket fly wheel with that and does it come with the throw out bearing? mine stock clutch is around 60000 miles and i learned to drive stick on this car so im kinda surprised its made it this far.

we are running a special on the stage 3 actually...
it comes with a lightweight flywheel.
does not come with a throw out bearing...that's a GM only part I believe...

Stage 2 279 ftlbs to wheels...
no stage 3 for the 2.2L
