what does this exactly do?

 

A strut bar will stiffen the vehicle's suspenion and tight up the side-side / body roll.

 

suprisingly, the strut bar really stiffen up my front end more then i expected, especially on stock suspension. get alot of road feel now. ordered springs around the same time(from someone else), but still havent seen them. ridiculous!!!
