well mine was one of the first few shipped and i still havent gotten it yet.. its cuz mine had to be shipped into the states though.. it took a while to get my strut covers to so i kinda expected it to take a while for this too..

This may sound like a dumb question, but... Is it supposed to come with washers, or bolts, or screws or nuts or anything like that, because mine just came with the bar and the 2 feet, but it says there should be screws that hold the bar to the feet. Thanks

Ya mine was supposed to have been shipped last Thursday and arrive Monday but I'm still waiting and I'm only 4 hrs away, tracking still says electronically submitted on the 27th and arrive on the 31st. But why hasn't he posted back yet about this issue?

i think we lose the info once is transfers from canada post to usps. so there's no way for use to track after that.. i just figured it would be here by now..

Can't you guys track with USPS website? If I get stuff from USPS I have to go track with Canada Post when it arrives into Canada.

Yes it should include all of the mounting hardware. Contact Mathieu and I'm sure he will correct it ASAP for you.

Update ** I have been out of the forum/thread for about 2 days since we had a major breakdown with one of the CNC machine in the shop. This machine is the one that make the strut bars so this will affect the delivery of the last people who ordered since the machine broke during the strut bar production. We have been able to get the machine back and running an hour ago so we'll be able to complete the last strut bars tomorrow and ship on Monday.
Sorry for this dealy but this is out of our control. We'll do everything we can to ship the product to you asap. Thank you for your patience.

All the questions relative to tracking numbers and delays, here is how the whole thing works:
- When we receive an order, the shipping label is printed with Paypal services, email is sent the customer from Paypal to provide tracking number. If yout do not get this email, your email provider filtered it as spam. If you want it, PM or email us with you complete adress and we will reply to you with the delivery confirmation number.
- The order is then processed in the shop. The part in stock leave the same day, out of stock parts or custom parts take a few more days to complete. As soon as the order is ready, the parts are boxed and shipped. we do our best to keep dealys as short as possible but thoseparts are custom made and we have a limited production capacity so you have to understand that not all parts are in stock.
- Those are Delivery Confirmation Numbers - this does not shows the actual tracking of the package but only the important events sutch as billing, mailing and arrival.
if you have any questions about your order, please PM or email me and i'll do my best to reply to you in a timely manner
Check back in the package, the mounting hardware should be there in a small bag usually wrapped in bubble wrap. Let me know if you do not find them.

sale ended on the second if im not mistaken.... Hey MRZ just take the time you need and dont rush things.. you and i both know when things get rushed something gets messed up... especailly with cars...
