I bought the Thermal R&D catback from SaturnMotorsports, for my CobaltSS. Although that catback is originally designed for Ion Redlines.
The catback was maybe 2-3 inches long, meaning the tip stuck out from the bumper. I just had the pipe coming out of the muffler cut back and tig welded. Looked and worked perfect then.
All the bends are the same. Only difference is the Saturn only has one exhaust hanger at the very rear. Our cobalts have two hangers, one on the left and right.
So if you don't mind lengthening the tip, I'm very confident that is ALL you'd have to do.

gotta take pics of the setup. The whole thing looks great! By the way Bill, that was a great idea having the company name conveniently placed on the header. Shows pride in your work.

Thank you, sir! We do take a lot of pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail...in a world increasingly filled with Asian junk that's cheap (and worth it!)...we have to show what real quality can do.
