Injen Intake 2.0L Turbo Cobalt LNF
Injen's filter is closer to a K&N filter from what we understand. All reality Injens filters have been very highly recommended on their intakes. We have customers with AEM intakes which get the Injen filter.
why do people hate on dry filters so much. just get a hydro shield. its all the same **** isnt it.
And what your saying TTR is that AEM has a patent on dry flows, so injens must be somewhat oiled yes?

Injen is not a "dry flow" which ONLY AEM can do, because of the pantent they have on them.

A hydro shield covers the filter, it may still let air through but it still blocks air and defeats the purpose of an high flow intake. I had an AEM dry filter on my SC and it got soaked and the car ran like crap til it dried out. I went back to an oiled filter and it ran great no matter how wet it got. Oiled filters seem to hold up better to moisture.
