That's not a dumb question at all and i honestly could not give.you a.straight answer. Hopefully someone more exerienced on the cobalt can chime in. However are the engine designs the same on both the 2.4 for 07 and 08. If so then it will work

umm im deployed right now and i dont get paid till the 1st.. ill totally miss out cause ive been wanting to get an intercooler and charge pipes for my cobalt turbo =[
