We use the 15 days as the normal time estimate for just about everything. It could be a bit less but I would hate to tell someone one week and it take 2 weeks because we have to order film or something.

Our PPG paint supplier can match any factory car color for us. One of our most unique was a nitrous bottle done with a corvette silver.

Can you guys do an Intake Manifold? If so, what would be the pricing on that? Also, how durable are the films from scratches, dings, etc?

Can you get me a picture of the intake manifold? I know they're a little different for all the different engine Cobalts.

We use high quality PPG automotive grade paints, primers and clear coat. One of our SRT4 buddies has had his valve cover on since October and it still looks perfect. I've also had my personal gun dipped since October. I've put over 1,000 rounds through it and I haven't noticed anything with the wear.

The durability ends up being equivalent as the paint on the exterior of your car. We also guarantee our work for 6 months to insure there are no issues / flaws with the paint. Obviously if you dropped it or kicked it across the parking lot that wouldn't be covered.

Logos like that are usually trademarked by the companies. Unless Turbo XS has their own film made, we can't really do much. Just like Chevy and some type of bowtie pattern. We could get sued for using someone else's registered trademarked logo.

Can you get me a measurement on it? Simple length x width would be great.

Our dip tank is 5'x4' so anything bigger would have to be "double dipped" which would result in a seam where the 2 sections come together.

We could do it, but again there would be a faint seam in the middle where the patterns connect. I PM'ed you the price.
