We use high quality PPG automotive grade paints, primers and clear coat. One of our SRT4 buddies has had his valve cover on since October and it still looks perfect. I've also had my personal gun dipped since October. I've put over 1,000 rounds through it and I haven't noticed anything with the wear.
The durability ends up being equivalent as the paint on the exterior of your car. We also guarantee our work for 6 months to insure there are no issues / flaws with the paint. Obviously if you dropped it or kicked it across the parking lot that wouldn't be covered.

Can you get me a picture of the intake manifold? I know they're a little different for all the different engine Cobalts.

Logos like that are usually trademarked by the companies. Unless Turbo XS has their own film made, we can't really do much. Just like Chevy and some type of bowtie pattern. We could get sued for using someone else's registered trademarked logo.

Our dip tank is 5'x4' so anything bigger would have to be "double dipped" which would result in a seam where the 2 sections come together.
