I'm amazed you have the pure blue in H11. I haven't been able to find them...

 

do these lights fit the halo projecter headlights?
and do you need to have HID KIT SO IT CAN WORK.

You do not need an HID kit. These bulbs replace your stock bulbs and give you an "HID" appearance.
