Megan Racing Coilovers!!!! 825 Shipped!!!!
I hear ya, when I had my civic I was going to buy them because everyone says there the ****. It would be cool if they made some for us...
I Found a little review.
Questions:
- Is there a $1000 to $1500 coilover set out there in the market that can be considered of high quality(maybe megans for about $900) that you and people with experience would recommend? I've never purchased a set of coil-overs for more than $1500.-
What coilovers do you own(if different than megans would you consider using them in the future)? I have Megan Racing coil-overs on my Miata. I have Buddy Club on my Acura RSX. I HAVE HAD on my RSX: JIC FLT-A2 and TEIN SS. All reputable brands, and all have had bad reviews on forums. For the money I spent on each set on both cars, I am happy. There is always something better and it will always cost more.
(Megan Questions)
- How good or bad are megans compared to higher priced street coilovers? For the Mazda Miata, the Megans are the best bang for the buck-- no lie. I am on my second set of coil-overs for the Mazda Miata. The only ones I would want to upgrade to are TEIN MONO FLEX, which is $1700 MSRP. The reason behind that is because I take the Miata to the track and have ridden in a Miata with that suspension and it feels great. Again, for the money, I'm happy with the Megan Racing suspension. For the RSX, I've taken it to the track with the Buddy Club coil-overs-- it used to be my track car for a few years until I got the Miata. The same set of coil-overs and they are still working just fine. Out of all of these I mentioned, the Megan Racing coil-overs are the cheapest set out of them all.
