Yes. I have heard of a few guys using it on the SS/TC because they want to be able to control the launch RPM.

I have this and I was wondering since it says you have to hold the little button down for it to be activated. Can we just tape it down so it's always activated?

You don't have to hold down the button for it to be active. As long as the LED is on, it is active. If you hold down the button for greater than 3 seconds, it will start to change the settings. Where did you read that?

No problem. You don't need to hold the button. I have mine buried in the fuse box. I never need to touch it unless I am changing the settings. Everything is automatic.

Yeah that's what i read, but to get everything set you just plug it into your computer with that cable and it will load the program?

You don't have to use your computer, if you don't want. You can set the launch control RPM and no-lift from the box using the button. Or you can set everything using the software and your laptop.

There isn't any CD right? Just the box and the cable and I assume once you plug it into the computer to set it the program will open. Curious though which settings are set on it already you said you can switch just by the button?

The software and drivers are on our website here:
http://www.n2mb.com/wotboxsoftware

You'll need to install the drivers before plugging in the cable.

Does it plug into your computer? If you have a serial port, then you can use a serial to serial cable. It will work. If you need a USB to serial cable, you can get one here:

What happens when you open it? Does it crash? If so, you need to install microsoft .net framework. See Step 4. http://www.n2mb.com/wotboxsoftware

If the program fails to run or displays an error message and crashes, you may need to install the .NET framework from Microsoft on your computer. This is available from Microsoft for the following operating systems:

* Windows 2000
* Windows XP
* Windows Vista - Not needed, Vista includes .NET Framework.

It works on a tc. We ended up shutting off the wot shift feature because it just makes such a huge fireball. But the launch control works great. Great product.

That means you need to install the .net framework. It's a Microsoft thing. We can't do anything about it. Just click the links above or in step 4.

Try setting the no-lift shift time to manual mode and 200 ms or less. That will reduce the fireball.
