You use a small coat of silicone on the flange to the head to seal. (per the detailed install instructions in the box)

You asked for a 2.0 LSJ throttle body flange on it, so that is what you have on it

It will fit all cobalts, but you will need to fab up a downpipe...

It is a "ecotec" turbo manifold.

Not the intake manifold, and the turbo manifold you could, again a new downpipe/oil system/etc would need to be modified, to run a larger turbo than you have stock now.

Huh? They both do! (Pending you want to convert it to a turbo setup and make a lot more power)

Yeah the rain/snow is moving over there at the same rate as the package. It was shipped in that same weather system.

alright. i may be buying this depending on how saturday goes. gonna be taking the current manifold off and welding it back together. depending on how the weld looks and the manifold looks structurally, will decide if i'm buying this or not. (more than likely yes, but i'll keep in touch)

i'll just have to see how different the turbo placement is between the two. it shouldn't be too far off. i might luck out and be able to weasel the coupling onto the turbo and make it work. but if not all i'll need is a new pipe made that goes from the turbo to the hole in the fender since its already two pieces

PM me a photo of your current manifold and I will see how close it looks.

i don't have any pictures of it on hand. its a log style. and the turbo sits pretty much in the middle. i'm just not sure if the flange is at a 45* angle or if its straight down. its a one off so theres no production pictures. i'll take one saturday though for you when its off the car.
