It depends what style lights.... 4th gen are all made by one company.

3rd Gen are made by two companies. One company called Sonar which is my style light which uses Real HID projectors instead of halogen projectors and are overal just made better. The second company is called CL Lighting. They are a chineese company and make an identical set of projectors but testing the two has shown that CL projectors have a very poor cutoff and the heat has caused the actual projector lense to burn.

All products you purchase from me or any other authorized manufacurer dealer have manufacturer warranties which we all offer. If a problem occurs we can offer solutions and replacements that a non-authorized dealer can't.

Customer serivce: unfortunately you pay for customer service. Anyone who has ever purchased from me knows, whether its an email or a phone call, you never wait for a response. We have longer business ours and answer our emails all day long as well our phones.

Try that with ebay.

OK, I more or less skimmed your thread so I apologize for asking anything that's been covered or asking anything that may be deemed stupid by others...lol.

If I purchase a set of 4th gen with HID's for the low beam...what would my total cost be shipped to 55448? Also, would the HID's be installed in the lights already and are they plug and play? Basically give me the steps of installing HID's as I'm not familiar with them at all.

not to bash your thread but I tried to put a warrenty claim in during the summer and 2 months ago you told me you were going to keep contacting the company. I have waited and waited and no email reply.

Warrenty does not mean finding ways to solve the problem myself. My headlight fills up with water but still functions properly. I should have had them replaced!

I have come to the fact that All aftermarket headlights are junk.

Not trying to be rude it is just all honesty, now my warrenty is over. but I tried a long time ago to get it fixed

I'm not sticking up for anybody here, but it is case by case...some people have purchased aftermarket lights and been totally lucky. I for one want the 4th gen and have heard tons of problems with the spider cracking of the lenses and that makes me apprehensive about buying them, but there are a few people out there who haven't had any problems what so ever.

i have had the 4th gen for about 6 months now and they are great. there is still glare tho. im running 6000k. they also shake as im driving. i wouldn't buy the HID for them. i bought mine from JM Auto Racing. that's my car in the pic on the web site. get them for cheaper from Modern Performance. just my 2 cents

THe lights have a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer. THe manufacturer denied the claim because it was over 1 year. Which is why we tried to help you solve the problems. And not all aftermarket headlights are crap. You live in PA i belive, right. Heating and cooling of the lights and weather conditions causes the plastic to expand and contract.

The last thing I told you was I could sell you a set at my cost but thats the best I could do since your warranty was expired.

This sounds very reasonable to me.

So thats enough generalizations about "all aftermarket lights" based on your experience with this single set. Thanks
