Yes you can install the Adaptor plate and the short intake with the stock TB and then just swap it when you find the larger TB.

Does any intake (2.5" or 3") fit on an 07 without running into the brake line issue?

and if you tell them now.. the will take of 1/2 inch from the intake for perfect fitment with your TB.. but then you have to install the TB Plate now like me even if you dont have a 3.5" TB

The install for me, was a 3.
It's just kind of a long process due to fact that you have to remove the wheel, fender liner, and headlight to get a nice fit.
Take your time... spend a full day at it, and it will turn out nice.

Yes. You might need a longer silicone coupler though. I run mine without the plate, with the stock TB, while I'm tuning.

If you don't intend on changing your TB to a larger one from stock, you have nothing to worry about. However, if you are looking at increasing your TB down the road, you can buy their adapter plate and they will cut your intake down a little bit smaller.

All depends on what you want them to do.
