"Spotlight" is the affect when the High beam is activated...
My retrofits are bixenon capable with the purchase of a special harness from me.

It's the projectors "high-beam" pattern only..
When it is on driving low beam, there's nothing but an extremely sharp cutoff line.

And I don't mind your questions, I'd ask questions on major investments too

 

Went with 4300k bixenon with 55w ballasts...it's like turning on the sun. I started with 35w and upgraded...very noticeable difference in light output.
