What is the purpose of the relay harness? I'm getting a 9006 set for my avalanche, and just need the low beams and how do I know if I need 35w or 55w?

I put the discount code from facebook into the checkout section of your site, and it wouldnt apply the discount to the hid kit.

Someone has already used the BF50OFF code. There was only one. There still the FREE led package with retrofit purchase, I will continue to post codes through out the day until monday night!

you can cancel my order with the facebook deal. thats a ripoff and not my fault if you can't get your coupon details right. nowheres on facebook did it say single hid, so as far as im concerned, its your own problem. And it really isn't quite right that you just send an email asking for more money without making some sort of deal with me. poor businessman skills.

 

Normally the bulbs would get power through the car's wiring harness. The HID's draw more power than a stock bulb. The car's wiring can probably handle it, but it's not the best way. The relay harness connects directly to the battery post under the hood, and the ground on the body. It also hooks to the stock headlight harness, which is used only for the control of the lights. When you turn your lights on, the relays make the connection directly from the battery to the HID ballasts. The wires on the harness are MUCH thicker than the stock headlight wires. This saves both your car's wiring, and makes it easier for the ballasts to get the power they need to operate.
