If you ordered in February, you were probably lumped in with part of the group buy he did that month.

The info for that buy "Group buy will END on the 11th of MARCH. This will give you PLENTY of time to order. Product will ship the week of 13th. Please be patient with shipping. We do not control how long it takes so please understand this. You will receive a tracking number a few days after your purchase. THIS DOES NOT MEAN IT SHIPPED. This is done to get ahead of the game so when the product arrives i can just ship out same day!"

So if you were grouped in with that order, the product wouldn't leave the factory until sometime during the week of March 13... which means it could have left the factory as late as 4/18/11. It usually takes 10-14 business days for Mike to get the product from the factory, so that puts you at possibly as late as 4/7/11 for Mike to get your product. THEN he has to assemble it, test it, and ship it to you.

Best case scenario is the product left the factory on 3/14; took 7 business days to arrive, Mike got everything on the 23rd, got everything assembled, tested, and shipped by 3/28. Even then it can take up to 10 days for USPS mail, so BEST CASE Scenario is that your stuff would arrive today....


Sorry for the long post but the biggest complaint people have is usually how long it takes to get stuff, but they order during big group buys with delayed ship times and don't bother to read the info to know that. I don't know if that's the case with you but I hope this helps.

 

Thanks, I'm not too worried about it, just a little eager to receive them. I didn't order mine with the group buy. I wanted the complete kit. Plug and Play system. I was just trying to make my post clear that I thought it was hoaxy at first because the time it's taken. Then when I spoke with a Colorado member he said they're legit.

I've been in contact with Mike he's been telling me what's been going on. Back order stuff, he received the wrong headlights, and other odds and ins.

I'm very anxious to receive mine.

Already installed the license plate LED and the map light LEDs (dude, getting the stock map light bulbs out is a BITCH. I tied fishing line around them to pull them out, worked a treat).

The other stuff looks good, will just take some time to put in. Off to find a howto!

How much size difference is between the regular and the larger gatling housings?

 

Larger shrouds fills up the reflector bowl more but requires trimming to fit properly.
