It isn't the shipping so much that is a deal breaker for the Canadians, it is the additional $100 in duties and fees.

Thats something that UPS has been addressing with the government for years. They set the rates for UPS, FEDEX, etc. but the postal services (US or Canada Post) don't have to pay the customs and brokerage fees. It is very unfair and we would like to provide you the service you demand.

yeah UPS and FEDeX rape on "brokerage" (profit). FedEx doesn't even take the money up front - they mail you a surprise a few weeks later. USPS is waaay better. Also, why not just claim a lower amount for "insurance value" when shipping? My $60 LEDS were claimed at $9 and UPS didn't charge ANYthing for brokerage.

Well I am sorry guys, I don't make the rules or set the rates. Shipping and duties was nearly $130. I could maybe get them shipped to me as a private citizen and take em to USPS to ship to Canada. But the ONLY shipping I have for direct ship from GM is off the charts expensive with the duties and I just can't make it happen.

Anyway, here is the status update.......

17 orders so far
8 shipped
9 on order......4 scheduled to arrive tomorrow and 5 more the next day (all orders placed through tomorrow should ship by the end of the week.

I got several notes today saying that their kits arrived today.....Thanks for your business!

That's cool - I didn't know you were drop-shipping. Makes sense now.

Guys...I can't ship to Canada. I am sorry and I know there are about 6 of you that have been pm'ing me, but I just can't make it happen. I apologize profusely.

Here is a update for the other 9 of you with pending orders....

I didn't get any kits today, so they should all come in tomorrow. I have 9 that should be shipped out and all the orders should be covered.
