Wrote a post up earlier and clearly forgot to hit submit before switching pages. Anyway exciting to see the updates. The new setup looks great and I can't wait for these to be released.
to Stance for a great product.
Do the struts come with a dust boot or is one not provided like the picture shows?.............
Yes the look pretty but what are all the changes that are so evident besides progressive front springs and cosmetics as compared to the first set from TEN MONTHS ago?

there is no way that a dust boot will make a difference. There are 2 seals on this inverted mono tube. One in the canister and one in the shock tube where it goes into the damper body.
Normally anythign that is inverted, the way its made there is no need. If you still want one it can be arranged but it will be there for aesthetic purposes. Call up Stance if you have questions, doubts, or misbeliefs about something or anything technical.
And yes they do look pretty...but will function very well, and drop the car significantly....or keep a stock like stance if needed without sacrificing any ride attributes.
hope that helps.

I dont care how many seals it has, or who tells me, I am not gonna believe that a strut on a road driven car should be without a boot for the shaft, thats all.
I dont think my questions are really technical, Id just like to know what all the changes everyone keeps talking about are......

I will ask David about any minor changes that were made form the first one to the current one. The biggest changes that I know where with the rear setup to be able to lower much further than the original design.
As far as the dust boots I am not trying to make you believe anythign you don't want to, that is pointless, your mind has been made up and that is fine. But I can put the dust boots in for no additional cost if requested, per your concern.
On one of my cars GR+ (RX8) I have dust boots in front only and not in rear due to the design, and I helped a ton with the design and wondered about that myself why my rears did not have them. Until realizing that they would be there for no reason at all. And there is no damage after 2 seasons of salt and winter.
Even KW does not put in dust boots where not needed. I just worked on an STi yesterday with the V3's and it was a similar design.
But again per your concern I will offer FREE dust boots if requested and FREE stance racing gloves for the first 5 sets.

The changes were the following BTW:
front camber plate design, front and rear damper lengths, front and rear spring design
Hope that also helps.
for actual specs of the changes please contact STANCE.
