The higher the spring rate, the stiffer the ride will be. Normal stance rates are set too low so the ride is bouncy as well. So in this case, yes.

pretty good, take the stock ride, add a quicker stiffer bump and that's it, not very bouncy

I'm pretty sure you can't. At least you couldn't a few months ago with the GB started.

My ride was so bouncy that it was annoying when I first put them on. But I figured out why. For the back when I first put them on I couldn't put the socks on with them being at the lowest setting unless I used a jack to compress the spring. That is what actually made it bouncy. For me it was a hard bounce that would make my neck hurt. I took them off and this time only compressed the shocks until the were snug. I set the shock at that height and put it all back together and now the hard bounciness is gone. It doesn't sit as low in the back as I'd like it to but the ride is awesome now.

It does also say in the instructions not to compress the spring part at all.

You cant do that, we did this because the coilovers needed to be specially valved for the springs and the springs are custom because they are honey comb style

Since you guys are slow at this, I will post pic's since i finished mine last night. The front isn't maxed out but very close. The rear has both spring rings taken out. The ride is really good some roads the car will bounce, but either than that for how low the car is i'm happy with it.

I've got mine set to where I'm pretty satisfied with them. Rear is maxed out of course, front still has one locking ring in place.

For reference, I'm on 19" wheels with a 35 series tire.

Sorry for the crap cell phone pic.
