who needs resistors if made right they should be built-in

What I meant to say was:

Those white/orange or red ones would be great for reverse lights. White reverse lights when you're backing out and then red brake lights when driving around.

Unfortunately, it would only work on dual filament bulbs. So it would not work on reverse lights

Operatic, do you have these ones in white/red? I'm thinking about taking the harness from the turn light and set it up on the the reverse light, use the same bulb and see if I can get Stamina's ideea working.

Nope, no solution yet for a Plug and Play. I was hoping to find a digital relay option but what I am leaning towards now is a plug and play load resistor that would basically just go in between the factory harness and the parking light.
