i thought we get a 1yr warranty with this trunk for any peeling or cracking and such. in the email it states otherwise "Parts are sold AS IS without any warranty". just wondering... we're coverd for 1 yr correct?

 

There is a 1 year limited warranty. Don't worry. Thats an automated invoice that gets sent out before the payment is actually charged. Hazing and or peeling of clear coat are fully covered for 1 year.

Since I have to make new customer profiles and then input customer info etc etc it takes a while to get everything processed. I have already finished all the entries, now I am just waiting on making sure all cards go through without any problems.

It charged you. Can you double check with your credit card company please.

 

There is no balance except for gas that I bought at the Shell station the other day. Perhaps it will show up tomorrow. I'll keep my eyes on it, but as of now there is nothing.

 

I'm assuming this went through as a credit due to me not being charged either.

 

Give it 24-48 hours. We're good on our end, if it doesnt show up on your statement, then... free trunk for you haha. We would catch any invoices that haven't been charged, but just look for it to show up no later then Friday!

Nothing ships today ha. That is an automated message that gets sent out via your invoice. You guys will be made aware of when it gets shipped out. Still waiting on a few things to get finished up on other cars so everything can be sent out at once.
