FAQ:
1. Is it reliable?
Yes. No one has ever blown their engine with a ZZP tune. AF ratio is 11.5-11.8 depending on the pulley size you run. PCM richens as boost increases. AF ratio is flat, unlike OEM or GM flashes. We regularly test injectors we sell to ensure proper tunes.
2. Does it make power?
Yes. Dyno charts are posted on the product page. Car dyno'd 213 stock, 237 with 3.1" and 238 with 3.0". This is with no exhaust or intake mods.
3. Is it upgradeable?
Yes. PCM reflashes are $30 and will be needed for larger injectors. Smaller modular pulleys are $49 and require larger injectors and more mods than included with the stage 2 kits. The best upgrades for this kit would be exhaust followed by intake. Exhaust modifications will move WHP to 250.
4. How fast do you ship?
All ZZP orders generally ship the same day if they are placed by 4pm.
5. Can I come in and have it installed/dyno'd?
Yes. Our showroom is open 9am til 6pm M-F. You can come in pickup your parts or call to schedule an install.
Cost to install is $100, dyno would be $75. Before and after dyno $125

Yes, we're open M-F and you can pickup the components in our retail store. For installation, you have to schedule. 877-zzperformance or 616-532-5152 local
how does the core charge work? I pay the charge, you send me a new pcm, I send my old one back, and you refund the charge?
also, will having a different pcm ccause any issues for me down the road? does it make a difference with anything?

from reading on your website it says if you drop below a 3.0 pulley you should switch to 60lbs injectors if we wanted a set of 60's instead of 42's (im guessing thats what comes with the kit) can you break us off a deal?

These kits have been dyno tested extensively. In many cases we are selling the kits right off the car after dyno testing the parts. That is part of why we're offering such a deal. When we run out of parts, we will drop the sale price. Injectors are 40# and dyno tested to a 2.9" pulley but the car used in testing is stock exhaust. Because the injectors are listed as 40# and many people have more mods, we're only offering the kits with 3.1 or 3.0" pulleys to keep it safe. The kits are based on EV6 injectors, not Bosch. The harnesses we're sent to us as samples further enabling this deal. As I said, once the parts are gone, the kits will be back to a normal price.
We may be doing some testing with 60# injectors in the future and we would then offer a clearance price on some of those stage kits with smaller pulleys. I don't know if that will happen or when. Right now, I'd like to keep on topic of this kit.
There can be no substitutions of injectors, pulley sizes, etc; other than what's listed on the site. Sorry.

Anytime you use a new ECU, there is potential for needing a CASE learn. Most cars don't require it. It's always recommended but you don't know if you need it for sure until you put the new PCM in the car.
