04 redline, does it have jl9 and fe5 rear setup?????

I have a chance to buy a rear suspension for my 06 cobalt ss for a good price but it is off of a 04 saturn ion redline. Is there any difference? will it bolt right up abs and everything?

the redline rear springs trim to a higher ride height and are softer in rate than your 06 ss/sc ; the RL shocks damp that RL spring and that part is fine but the combination aint great. Best is put the 04 twisting beam in no problem, re-use your cobalt springs and buy some new tc shocks they are cheap enough and all will be better than before...

if you are stuck and short of bux stick it in and understand it will be higher than before in the rear, and will be a little softer ride at the rear than before....so more understeer or push, not noticeable in normal driving.

dude thanks alot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont think i can buy just the axle beam from them but i dont know ill see. Thats a good idea about reusing my springs i think i may be able to. I hit a light pole like right there in front of the rear wheel. i guess i can reuse my brakes and everything. not sure about the hubs. do the hubs bolt to the axle beam?

yes they do. All the rear RL hardware brakes hubs etc is 100% compatible/identical with your Cobalt 06. I did the reverse; I have 06/08 Balt rear twisting beam and hubs/brake parts parts on my RL....
