if you have a single tab and bolt on your bar you gotta change it to this. If it is not like this, different bushings are like...popcorn....
There is a 50/50 chance your 06 is the new style like this, or like the 05 single bolt and tab retainer. But imho the last thing to deal with is bushings. You would make them out of Delrin, and you would find them criminally expensive to make... spend ur money finding hi test gas for your road rocket ...lol

leave it alone then. Be happy spend money elsewhere, no gains you can feel/see/measure, to be had.

buy new bushings. I am not sure how or why yours are shot I have never seen them shot. Post piktars i would like to see that....Get your TC struts and shocks for around 300 usd + shipping from Tom at crate Engine Depot or Gene at GM Parthouse....

thats okay TC struts and shocks are a direct replacement for all Cobalts no changes required to install. the damping rates are brilliant and will make your suspension work better.

sway bar bushings are cheap. Just get OEM if yours are indeed shot .

things fall apart on these cars sometimes so i wouldn't put it past it.
