Brembo Interchangeability

So I'm working on rebuilding a set of brembos and I see new ones listed on rockauto as two separate for each side. Which obviously is correct because of the cross over pipe and bleeders.

But my question is, if the bleeders and cross over pipe are removed, are the calipers interchangeable? I wasn't certain if each basic tore down brembo is specific to each side of the car?

How would you do your brake line on that side with the inlet being right next to the strut? If you swapped it.

Im not sure what you are exactly referring too. But the hook up for the brake line would be in the exact same spot. The hook up for the brembos are directly on the back side.

Correct me if I'm wrong but it's not dead center on the caliper right? Thinking it's on the lower side towards the bumper on the drivers side.
So if you swapped that caliper to the passenger side, wouldn't that put it on the upper side towards the strut? Or am I not remembering it correctly? They have to mount to the knuckle a certain way.
