I Got Coilovers But I Dont Have The Struts/shocks Can I Use The Factory Ones For A While With Out The Lowering Struts?

 

Aren't coilovers replacements for the shocks and struts?

Probabaly koni struts and eibach springs are the springs red and struts yellow

If they are springs, yes you can run them with stock struts, hundreds have/are without issue...

Ive never really seen springs and adjusters before tho

It sounds like he has just springs then or am i too late for that

 

i'm just going to go out on a limb and say no they are not compatible with stock suspension. i've not seen an aftermarket coilover that was not an entire self contained strut.

 

well what kind of shocks can i get then

ill give it a try then for at least 2 days

 

there really arent many aftermarketm upgrades, probably just aftermarket replacements. to be honest its one area the cobalt really lacks in.

only coilovers that are without shocks/struts WERE Ground control. they were just sleeve overs. to use with factory or after market struts. and they dont make em n e more. if u got any other brand then get ur money back cuz theyre crap.
