Cobalt Addiction floor brace

So after my roomates girlfriend bought him a Agency Power blow off valve AND a GT Spec cf exhaust heat shield, I finally persuaded my girlfriend into devoting some love into my car. (2 years of dating and she's finally gonna get me something for my car!.......but its only fair b/c I bought her Fujita cold air intake for her '05 Tibby a while back). Anywho, she's not gonna drop a ton of cash, so she agreed to get me the Cobalt Addiction floor brace i've been eyeing. I haven't noticed anyone on the forum mentioning or owning it, so i'll be sure to post of some pics of it installed and write up some feedback on how the installation went and how it effects the handling of the car.

what other suspension mods do you have? I would make that mod probably the last on the list.

Do-Luck (I used to be a JDM nut believe it or not when I had my 2nd gen RX-7) has been using floor braces exactly like this one for years on their cars with positive results. In fact, I believe Do-Luck was the innovator of this product, and now some smaller independent brands are starting to mimic the concept of it for cars BESIDES Supras, 350Zs, RX-7s, etc. I already have Eibach Sportlines and a DC Sports CS-1 strut bar. I dont feel the need for shocks/struts at the moment, and sway bars (I plan on using the Eibach front/rear) are too expensive to recieve as a "free" mod from my girlfriend. And coilovers may be later in the future, but the springs will suffice for now. For $100, why not? If nothing else, it at least looks cool.

eh, its free, so even if it sucks and does nothing, im not paying for it. If you complain about FREE mods, then you really need a life, lol. (im not directing that at you, im just saying in general). My girlfriends not gonna buy me the $350 sway bar set or my $1,400 wheel/tire package, which is all I really have left on my "to do" list. Still gotta get it tuned w/ HP Tuners and put my rotors/pads on however.

So did you ever get this? I have been thinking about it for a while but I would like to hear some thoughts on it first.

I have it, but it, as well as my #34 injectors, are sitting in my room until a nice day comes along to install. Well, that and I need the wiring harness to do the injectors, and some tuning via Doc. I plan on going autocrossing over the summer w/ my friend and his Focus, but even so, I wanted it just to tighten up the cars handling.

No problem, i'd love to. Maybe if I can figure out how to use the digital camera I got at LAST years Christmas (used it once, gave up, lol), i'll get some pics up of it when its done. And it wouldnt hurt to get some pics up in general of my car so people can view my wheels and whatnot too.

But yeah, i'll post up a how to when I get to it.
