Compare all lowering springs
and majority of all lowering springs are progressive rate so a good 65% of the spring will be full compressed giving you the other 35% to travel.
since there's only 35% to travel the rate of the spring are going to be MUCH MORE stiffer than regular rate giving you a harsh ride.
seeing you have an LS, i think sportlines drop around 2/2.5
ssc should be about the same if not a dinky little more.
the ride on sportlines were pretty bad for my ss/sc. I felt every quarter inch of un-eveness on the road. but hey they are LOWERING springs after all.
don't expect any lowering spring to ride close to stock.
I just ordered CM springs. I will try and do two side pics before and after and a ruler shot of the wheel gap. I wont be installing them right away since its winter tho, I will take my time.
i just lower my sc on tenzo r today..... i noticed the pic for tenzo r is a car on 17's.... i will post a pic so everyone can see it on 18's...... i am extremely happy with ride height and road manners.....
