Counterfeit Eibach’s or not?

On Eibach web sit is say, “Be aware of cheap copies; also identify the Eibach Logo on the spring.

My springs do not say Eibach anywhere on them and I just want to know if anyone else’s has Eibach sportlines missing the Eibach logo?

I purchased my springs from A Plus Performance (Site Vendor)

Here's a pic of my spings.

E-Brake has nothing to do with springs being compressed. The E-Brake operates through your disc brakes, not your springs....

And the only springs that are not fully compressed that are for the cobalt are SSC's. Its not bad for them to be fully compressed, its the way they're designed, your springs are fine

Whoa whoa whoa... Those are the real deal man. They came directly from Eibach's warehouse just a week or two ago.

Give me a phone call if you have any questions.

Yea man if you got them from A-plus they are A OK. If they were from ebay or some **** like that then i could understand you worrying. But Aplus being a supporting vendor i dont know why you would even consider them being counterfeit?

No no no...I have nothing against A-plus, I just stated who I bought them from so people would know and not keep asking if they were ebay springs and what not.

I remember reading about there being a lot of counterfeit Tein springs out there and that most vendors couldn’t tell the difference. This lead me to look into my Eibach springs and that’s when I saw, “Be aware of cheap copies; also identify the Eibach Logo on the spring.” So I looked at my spings and didn’t see the logo and that lead to start this thread. I never said they were counterfeits. I was just trying to see if other people had Eibach’s without the logo on the spring.

i didn't mean to discredit one of our vendors. just thought i'd share my experience w/ eibach. i've bought 3 sets of eibach springs for 3 of my cars and they all say eibach on them. they are all pro kits so maybe the sportlines don't have them. your best bet is just to call them tomorrow and ask them yourself.
