Question Does this seem legit?

Ever since i lowered my car it rides like poop. So i was thinking if i got new shockes that it would ride better...

Do these seem like a good buy?

Your shocks are fine, its normal to have a rough ride with a lowered car.

Those shocks are most likely garbage, Get the ss/tc shocks and struts they are around 300$ now...

Remember cheap and performance/quality do not go hand in hand, and
you get what you pay for in the end.

Basically with a shorten spring there is less coil to absorb the bumps, shocks keep the car from bouncing like a pogo stick. The KYB are just a stock replacement for FE1 not an improvement like FE5.

I understand what the spacers are for but why do i need the stage one mounts? Is it really necessary to spend 200 bucks on a stage 1 mount?

I think you need to do some more researching and reading about suspension before doing anything else.

The Sportlines weren't a bad choice, but they are for looks and not ride comfort or handling. In my opinion on the FE1 suspension, they aren't bad considering what their purpose is.

I was planning on getting the SS/TC struts and shocks and keeping my Sportlines but I've decided I want a better handling and more comfortable ride for my DD that is used to commute to my full-time job and do my pizza delivery job on the side. I will be getting Pedders with the struts/shocks. I've been on Sportlines for over a year and a half (summer of 08)....so I've gone through 2 winters with them now and they suck when the roads are bad (torn up from plows and salt).

I also have a set of OTTP steering rack spacers to install when I upgrade. The purpose of the spacers is to even out the outer tie rod and steering rack because when you lower the car those go out of alignment (they don't sit even or level)..the spacers bring the steering rack up to be in alignment again.

I have the OTTP street bar (rear sway bar) and that is an AMAZING piece. From everyone I've talked to and everything I've read it is the best rear sway out there. The SS/SC front sway bar is also a great compliment for it from what I've read. If you compare the size of these 2 bars to the Eibach kit, you'll notice that the Eibach kit has a HUGE front bar compared to the rear...I honestly can't believe that would do any good for handling on these cars.

As for the rotated trans mounts, I am not familiar with them because I know I can't use them with my auto. My only option is TTR's engine and trans mounts (at least to my knowledge those are the only options for me there).

your fault

your fault you should be slapped if you put lowering springs on a car and drop it you dont have as much recoil room so you have a much more bumpy time in the car on a shitty road. END OF STORY

but anything you do and everything youve posted will make it worse lol. Sway bars anit roll bars are going to stiffin up the car MAKING IT WORSE i on the other hand dont mind a bumpy roads why im lowered solid mounts and LS4 tb however if you dont like it go back to stock springs
