I bought slotted and dimpled rotors from TTR a while back. I got EBC's I think along with hawk pads, green maybe? Got them quick too. I'm pretty sure they have slotted and drilled too.

I get el cheapo blanks from the ahuto-zone (KoTH anyone?) now though (didn't notice a difference worth the $$ for me)

Look up breaksoverstoc.com I got mine here and they work great, I got all 4 cross drilled and slotted rotors plus a set of stoptech ceramic pads shiped to the door for $175 with a lifetime waranty. I've been running them for about 4 months and still look and work great.

try R1 Concepts. you would need to PM them here because their website doesnt show rotors for the TC Cobalts

For the love of god, don't get anything made by EBC, and don't get drilled. You've got a SS/TC. Just get OEM pads, and OEM rotors. You can burn extra money on R1, for plain rotors, but it's a waste. If you go cheap, you'll likely end up with rotors that have vanes too wide, and surfaces too thin. That's one of the ways they make them cheaper.
