Ebrake question

i was playing around with my SS today and noticed that while in motion the ebrake does not engage and lock up the rear wheel?
Anyone notice this or a special reason for this

i didnt notice
but yea, its a good reason for it
if ur doin 50, pull the ebrake, the car may not handle in a way the driver could react to

when ur drivin does it pull up, not engage or what
what speed does it do it at, and if you keep it pulled up and go to a stop, does it kick in??

Really? This is interesting news... I don't like it. I use the ebrake in the winter to hug the corners.. and to have fun. Shouldn't the ebrake be a direct cable connection to the brakes? How can the car stop it from locking up?
