yeah so monday im gonna buy some lowering springs im a 07 2.2 lt i want a low drop (as low as i can without coilovers) just wondering if getting fe5 strut/shock package is really gonna make a difference in how low it will be. i saw a pic of a 2.2 on here a while back with just sporlines and stock struts and shocks and it barely even looked lowered so just wanting to get more opinions cause id like to do it all at one time if need be.

also pics with 2.2 one with fe5 and springs and one with just springs will be really helpful.

 

No, it will not make a difference in how low you will be. However, you will handle better, and your struts will last much longer while lowered.
