Front end noise- Help please!

So my car makes a popping or clicking noise in the front end. It sounded like a bad cv axle, but I have now replaced both sides and the noise still prevails. The ball joints were in good shape on both sides so that should take that out. The noise can only be heard at low speed and is generally when I am turning around in my driveway or pulling into/backing out of parking spots. I can also hear it when making slow turns. Does anyone have any idea what it would be? I searched but I didn't find anything definitive other than to tighten the axle nut which definitely just got done.

Make sure the bolts on your wheels are tightened completely.

Wheels are all good. I torqued them to 100ft/lbs like the specs I could find just to be sure.

Wouldn't that make a vibration too though? My car has nothing like that. Does anyone know what bad endlinks would do? Or anything about the strut mounts? I found a thread that hinted at that being a cause of a clicking noise but there weren't many details.

Sway Bar Links. All cobalts have this problem they go bad and they clunk on bumps and also while driving at slow speeds. The stock links suck get the Moogs. Grab the links and pull up and down. If they click they are bad.
