h&r lowering springs

I recently removed the h&r springs I had on my SS. The previous owner put these springs on so I am not sure if they are the sport or the race springs. Does anyone know a way to tell which ones they are?

They were pretty low. I think they have the perfect height looks wise. I took them off because still drive my car in the winter and need a little more ride height. They were stiff but my strut and shocks are in need of replacing so I think it was more to do with that. I'm planning on eventually grabbing a set powells so these will be up for sale soon.

all aftermarket cobalt springs are exactly the same in terms of compatibility, they fit LS, LT, 2LT, Sport, SS/NA, SS/SC, and SS/TC.

sport springs offer a great drop imho. on stock fe5 struts they handle like crap and ride like crap imho. on konis is a different story.
