Wink h and r or tenzo R,with a 235/40/18?

I just got some 235/40 tires was wondering if anyone knows if i could lower my car with h and r or tenzo R springs without rubbing?I know sportlines work fine with that size tire but i want to lower it as low as possible and i see the specifications for h and r are lower than sportlines, and i've also heard tenzos settle in and drop even more.Just trying to find out if anyone knows if it will rub.
