How long to install Sportlines

I will be recieving my sportlines hopefully next week. I work in a shop and wanted to know how long it would take to install these bad boys. hopefully no more than 1/2hr-1hr so i can get one of the mechanics to do it for like 50. Some1 let me know if not i may do it my self.

If you have an impact, it will be cut in Half..

Normally expect 3 Hours for 4 corners, if it's your first kick at it..and you have an impact.

If not, it will be like watching a Dog **** A Football.. "Funny, But Irritating to Watch"

took me 1-1/2 hours yesterday, with impact and spring compressors for the front, taking my time as usual.

15 minutes anyone? if this keeps going, someone will eventually say the springs installed themselves.

20 minutes for the rear, hour or so for the front. Jack, jack stands, impact wrench, and crap spring compressor. Only time consuming part is being careful with the spring compressor on the front springs so you dont rip your hand off. Alignment a month later after letting them settle.

I did and the Mazda lowered 2" without needing adjustment. Seems that they actually built a car that when lowered, the suspesnion does not go all "CIVIC" if you know what I'm talking about..

You can actually see what I'm talking about. Look at the angle of the front tire..

^^considering all it has to do is be capable of rolling off the assembly line under its own power, it probably needs one right when you get it, let alone after you lower it and change the geometry of your suspension all together.

my friend checked it and said it wasnt off by much. Besides it drives fine and goes in a straight line on a flat road. And no unordinary tire wear. The only car ive own that needed an alignment after being lowered was my cavalier which was lowered 2in. My mazda6 that i had lowered 1.5 was fine also.

I lost track of how long it took me, BOTH times.

I can't seem to do anything fast...I'd have to say it was somewhere under 4 hours though

Did mine yesterday about 1 hour on a lift. I'll get a front end alignment when I need new tires.

DOnt forget, you should allow a couple of days for the springs to settle before getting an alignment.
