I found my rubbing problem

I heard it rubbing, so I jumped out of my car and found this. Is this a common problem? Could I have a suspension problem?

He has s/c 18's now. He has 2.4 17's. Just like me. When I went with the 18's it did that. The driver side one is fine, it's just my passenger side.. lol.

Ok so i guess this is normal going from 17's to 18's? I'm going to try to bend it back..

I guess this shows the suspension on a 2.4L is alot different than an SC
