I LOVE MY SSC's!!!

ok guys i just got my SSC springs put on the ol ss/na. let me tell you, they look sick (perfect drop) , and they handle like a champ! For the price you cant beat them. I gotta put their name out there and say if anyone is looking for a good set of springs for low price (180 shipped from cobalt-addiction) def look into these springs. you will not be disappointed!

What shocks/struts did you go with? Or are you still on the stockers?

Why? Can't you just buy springs and get it lowered without having other bullshit in the way?

Depends if you live in a place where there are shitty roads then your going to blow your struts, like I did. Then it is going to bottom out on every little bump you hit, thats why im saving up for Coilovers

Nope. The stock GM shocks/struts are designed around the spring rate of your stock springs. By adding these new springs, they have a higher spring rate and compress the shock/strut more which adds unwanted stress to them. You'll feel it soon enough.

**EDIT**: I know SOMEONE is gonna get pissy at this, so let me state that many people do lower their cars on the stock struts, but to get the most out of your new springs as far as ride and handling, an aftermarket shock/strut is needed.

I might just have to save for the 18" SS/SC rims. All I wanted was for the wheel to fill up the wheel well or come close.

19's + Coilovers = No wheel gap

But ssc's are pretty good for the price

dude go ssc's their drop is not nearly as low as the tenzo's. if you would like pics they are posted in my vb garage. and yes im running on stock struts and shocks. it will be fine for a while. when the time comes ill buy the aftermarket ones. right now though the roads i drive on are not very bad at all. smooth as silk lol. but i suggest you go ssc dude. they are great for the price.

also if someone wants to post my pics i dont really no how to do it . i no pathetic huh? o well they are in my vb garage
thanks!
