the last awd car (STi) i passed in the rain was using the "rain line" in corner 3 at Mosport. I waved. I am also arrogant. So lets see if you have the cojones to show up and get pounded. THen because i am fair, we go over to the auto x course and Maven can dust youoff there, assuming he can make the trip. The as Paul has thrown down the gauntlet, we can drive on down to NYC and you can get (how can i say this nicely) obliterated on the drag strip. All in all, I hope you are as graceful as Time Attack Specialist Tarzan Yamada when he got shut down by road racer Heinrocket...

who am i kidding. You aint leaving the left coast, you are afraid

It is not the car, it is the driver. I beat an STI on my last open track day, bad. My other buddy has a stock STI, and can smoke almost every non-race car on that track. Proves the car is not necessarily the key in the twisties

LMAO, i like gobalt drivers and how they refer to one race over and over again!

tis true, and i cant speak for the others. but when you know how to drive it, then the car becomes pretty important when you have it set up correctly.

Out of all the comments this is the only one I felt like discussing. WTF are you talking about? Last I checked the 2009 season hadnt started first of all, and second of all I am pretty sure that a Cobalt running 13psi took the championship in the Koni Challenge.....

.
first off you're talking to people that actually do race and or build race cars here.. 2nd off, The only look on my face would be a huge smile as I dust your car (lolz I know you probably are running some rediculous **** and over 500whp) Either or I'm not here to start ****, just keeping the trash talking about these cars in check. I've run up on full bolt on stock turbo evo's and eaten em up like they were standing still. Turbo swapped and cammed ones are a different story... those are for highway runs lol (as they would murder me from a dig)

None, for some reason, people that race professionally decided against the Lancer........

And youre now the one who needs to get off the "one race won/lost" kick.....its a series, not one race.

the problem is this is a case of all talk and no action...another evo story, so forget him, he is lost before the flag drops and it aint dropping with us coz he either is afraid or cant afford to come out east.

lmao i have lots of money.

fact of the mater is, i wouldnt wanna waste time and money to race against cobalts... yea i know how glamorous and fast these little domestics are, but theres more cars on the west coast worthy of my track time.

lol I know.
and btw only car's I do not like are civics for some odd reason. Anything that is fast I'm a fan of.
And by no means my cobalt any where near as fast as my other cars I've built, but It does surprise the **** out of a lot of other cars out there. Car is mainly setup for highway runs at the moment, and will keep up with most low to mid 11 sec cars out there. I do have a full track suspension in the car and upgraded braking setup, so it is a fun little car to drive, but I'm going AWD shortly GMC style.

lol thought I recognized that sig.... you sOb lol

18x9.5 +27

the front requires a 10mm spacer, kinda makes the wheels stick out too far.
