JM4 to JL9 Axle Conversion

I need to replace my damaged rear axle beam on a 2005 Cobalt LS. Looking to swap a JL9 rear end with disc brakes while im doing the work. I know the axle will fit the car but does anyone know if I will need to do any modification to the brake lines? Also, if anyone has done this, have you found a brake rotor with the same dimensions but in a 4x100? I couuld have the rotors re-drilled but looking to throw on some slotted rotors while im into it. Thanks for any help.

As far as I know you will need
To get them redrilled 2 4x100

And as far as the conversion goes, u will need the ebrake cables
From the disc brakes, along with new flexible brake lines not the ones that attach to the car but just the ones that attach to the calipers, might as well Upgrade the front calipers while your at it to the lsj or 2.4 ss calipers (same thing)
