just a thought

alright i only want to lower the back of my ss/sc 1/2in with the eibach prokit. but personally i hate eibach springs so i only want to lower the rear. as little eibach as possible for me. so my thought is.... who would be interested in either just the fronts from a prokit which will not lower your ss/sc at all but have a stiffer spring rate? or buy my rear ss/sc springs and the front springs from the eibach kit, for an ls. should be a pretty even drop for $100 bux or less if anyone is interestes lmk?

why not just install the whole pro kit and get the stiffer suspension yourself. its seems kinda dumb to pay all that money for springs and only use 2. whats the reason u dont like eibachs? ive been selling at my shop for years and have never had a problem yet to this day with em...

ive never liked eibachs. dont get me wrong the quality of the springs are very good. but the spring rates per specific vehicle are awefull. the ride is entirley to stiff and bouncey for a daily driver. and im not talking about just installing them on 1 or 2 cars we are talking like 25 cars here. personally the best springs i have ever used are h&r now they are not going to be the best spring for every application. but they give a damn nice ride for a street car. plus eibach is just to generic like the kleenex of lower springs. and i dont want to use eibachs on the front and rear because its going to ride like ****. (IMO) also the spring load on these cars is a very specific and intended. im sure you have noticed when jacking or lifting the car up that the wheel well gap goes from about 1.5" to around 8" when the tire comes off the ground. this is to keep the weight on front tires at wot over rough roads and or bumps. so idealy speaking the car should not lose very much traction in these situations. which we all know is not entirely true. but without that spring load traction on rough roads would be terrible. kind of like the roads in mass. and i doubt seriously eibach took this into consideration. and mostly i just want to get the rear out of the trees.

florida 76, i am just going to have to hope that your kidding. cutting springs is just plain stupid. that and every time i lift the car with 1" cut off the rears, the springs would fall out. unless i was going to just hack the hell out of it an zip tie them in. (seriously i have seen that ****.) som im going to say ummm.....no
