What...thats pricey as heck just for fronts. And how the heck are the rears worthless? Wait until you do a road course...then you'll realize you need something to take a lot of pressure of the front end. You will jell those rears up like crazy. Isn't SS/SC 4 disc brakes?

Not feeling the color though.

That's just a lot of $$ for just the fronts. I've just always seen a kit of 4 for brake upgrades.

dude you got ripped off pretty damn bad... especially being the r&d car... and are you saying the back is worthless, or that's what the company said? because if the company said that i wouldn't go back there ever.

i sincerely hope they are worth it.

The kit is mad by rotora... i will have a pic up soon...no they were not made for brake clearance... They had to install adapters to push the wheel out about 19mm

WAIT, they are only 4 piston? and they told you that the regular kit is gonna be $2950???

Dude, thats absolutely ******* retardedly overpriced. You seriously couldve gotten a Wilwood 6piston kit for like $500($1700 tops) less, and like I said before, couldve gotten a better Alcon kit for the same money.($2200)

Not "hating" since youve got better brakes than me, but you'd better lovce those brakes unconditionally and have ZERO issues with them, because you were anally assaulted for them.

So why did the price go from $1900 to $2200??

Are they Rotora rotors?

do they have directional or striaght vanes?

How wide is rotor?

What pad shape do they use? what compound are you using?

Youre leaving out SOOOO many details..

I'm sure the kit started life as a Solstice/Sky system (that Rotora already offers) and was adapted to fit the Cobalt...

FRONT 2-PIECE SYSTEM 330X30MM (13") OVERSIZED SLOTTED/DRILLED DISCS
ROTORA HIGH-CERAMIC RACE PADS
STAINLESS STEEL BRAKE LINES
CARBON STEEL (SC45) MOUNTING BRACKET
4-PISTON CALIPER (RED OR METALLIC BLUE)
LIST PRICE: $1,995.00
YOUR PRICE: $1799.99
PART#: RBK156.01

Um....okay.

Originally you told us they were $1600 for the kit, and $300 for custom paint, thats $1900.

You ended up paying $2200, what made it go from $1600+$300 for piant up to $1900+$300 for paint?
