koni help

koni help

hey if i buy the koni struts are they just a switchment thing or do i have to cut them and what not? and would a like local shop be able to do it easy?

anyone?

rears are a bolt up switch, theres some cutting in the fronts though...not too hard...my shop did em and spring install for about $200, only a few hrs. Theres a how-to on installing these in the how-to section

i dont want to install them myself but if i bought theses would normal shop be able to do thecutting and ****, like they would know wat there doing or...? and another thing i saw a set of 2 on turbotechracing but it says for the rear and not front, do i buy 2 sets? are they the same?

No there should be 2 for the front, 2 for the rear.

There is one set for the front and another set for the rear. Each set comes with 2 struts (Pair)

a normal shop can do it, but it might take a bit longer. they come with instructions, but the how-to on this site is better. finding a shop that specializes in aftermarket equipment would be fine, as even my mechanic said he can do it, but it would probably take him longer than it would for a custom shop to do.

Yeah I got mine on the shop bc I don't have the tools to take out the OEM struts. but the rear is just bolt on!
